The Brewery
Nestled in the heart of the East Mountains, we are only a twenty minute drive from the Big-I. Featuring a selection of house-crafted beers and top-notch brick oven pizzas and salads. Stop by on your way between Santa Fe and Albuquerque or come in after a hike or bike ride in the beautiful Sandia Mountains.
We started in 2016 as the Ale Republic with a 1/2 BBL brewing system that we soon upgraded into a 3 BBL brewhouse. During the Pandemic, we decided to rebrand to reflect our new values of making high-quality craft beers by outfitting our small brewhouse with a basic, yet professional 7 BBL brewhouse and introduced top-notch pizzas with our Italian brick pizza oven. We are very proud of our beer garden and outdoor spaces…check back as we add to them!
