Anywhere you can roll a heavy hand cart! Our rig is narrower than a wheelchair and can fit inside a standard elevator.

What We Offer
We can provide a cash bar (people pay for their drinks) or a tab-based system or an all-inclusive open bar. Pricing starts at $200 and does not include drink pricing. Please contact us for more details.

Our starter package includes delivery and set-up of our mobile bar. Insurance and alcohol certificates are included. Permits, if required, will also be included.

Class up your event with our glassware! We offer unbranded fancy pint, wine, and cocktail glasses. Our mobile three-well sink allows us to provide sparkling drinkware anywhere.

FAQs
How much notice do you need?We usually ask for about 4 weeks notice for larger and/or public events (e.g. if permitting is required), but we can move on a faster time frame depending on your event.
How long does it take to set up?Our mobile bar sets up less than 15 minutes before drink service. We break down in about 30-60 minutes depending on the event and required cleaning.
What makes you different?Rumor’s mobile bar is unlike any other rig (that we know of) locally. Unlike other mobile draft units (called “jockey boxes”), it dispenses beer in a professional and elegant manner and looks like a real bar - not your neighbors homebrew kit! Other beverage catering services may opt to serve beer from bottles or cans; our solution brings draft beer to every event.
